The software is free for everyone in your company. A device on a truck costs €3 a month for location, €8 for CAN bus data and €12 for the tachograph service. Pick one service or all three, on as many trucks as you like.

The EU allows 90 days between vehicle unit downloads and 28 days between driver card downloads. That applies to every truck and every driver.
With a device fitted, you start a download from the office and the files come in over the air. They are filed against the right truck and driver, in the original format.

It answers from your records. If the records do not have the answer, it says so.
Yes. Drivers get Truckzly Field on their phone with their trips, checks and documents, and a way to message the office. It is a separate app because a dispatch board does not work in a cab.
Roles decide what each person can open, and the database enforces it. Sensitive actions are written to an audit log that cannot be edited.
At any time. Lists export to CSV and tachograph files download in their original format. Your data stays yours.
No. The platform is free and has no term. Device services renew monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.
