Built next to the trucks, not above them

Truckzly comes out of a working haulage operation. The first version existed because the alternative was a spreadsheet, a tracker portal that only did tracking, and a group chat carrying everything the other two could not.

That is still the test we hold every feature to. Not whether it demonstrates well, but whether it removes something from a dispatcher's Tuesday. Plenty of transport software is designed for the person who signs the contract. This is designed for the people who have to open it every morning.

We build in the open with the operators who use it, ship in small pieces, and say plainly what a thing does and does not do. A system that overstates itself gets found out on the first roadside check.
